I only use food-grade edible oils as massage oils, for example, sweet almond oil or grapeseed oil. Like the intestines, the skin can absorb substances directly into the blood stream. You wouldn't eat mineral oil, so I won't put it on your skin!
I choose high quality oils that nourish the skin, and I always have a choice of oils available in case of allergies.
I aim to treat the whole person, not just the area of the body being worked on. We'll have a chat before the massage about your lifestyle and wellbeing, and tailor the bespoke session based on this. I may make recommendations for a follow-up appointment or self care.
